Getting started

1. Divide the deck amongst the players.
   
   
   
   

2. Take turns to flip over your card and say your answer.

   See the four rule cards for the correct answer.
   
   

3. If you take too long or say the wrong answer, other players race to slap the deck.
   
   
   

4. The winning slapper gives the top two cards to anyone they choose.
   
   
   

5. The rest of the deck goes to the loser who goes again.

   The winner is the first person to lose all of their cards.
   
   
   

HOW TO PLAY

The details

The first player to lose all of their cards wins. Here’s how F**k. The Game works.

1. Your dealer distributes all cards evenly among the players – face down. Don’t shuffle or look at your cards. Leave the four rule cards on the table for reference.
2. Starting with the dealer, you take turns to flip over one of your cards. Always draw from the top of your deck and place it face up in a pile in the middle.
3. Depending on your card, you’ll need to quickly shout out the colour you see or the word you read – only the current player shouts.
4. If you take too long to answer or get it wrong, other players can call you out by slapping the central pile:

The first player to slap the cards can give a total of two cards from the central pile to any one or two players.

The remaining cards in the pile go to you for losing your turn.

How long is too long? It’s up to your group to decide.

5. The player who answered incorrectly resumes play.
6. The game continues until someone gets rid of all of their cards.

All cards must remain on the table or held in view. You cannot hide your cards (e.g. under the table).

Advanced rules

Finding it too easy? Make the game harder by adding the following rules.

The point rule

• Black text: Say the background colour.

• Coloured text: Say Cock and simultaneously point at another player. The player you point at will then be forced to pick up the cards in the pile.

3. If you get it wrong, take too long or don’t point simultaneously you’ll be forced to pick up all the cards in the pile.

Cock up rule

If you take too long or get it wrong on a Cock card

all players must give you one card from their decks and you must pick up all the cards in the pile.

Slap happy rule

If the group decide another player is slapping too early or unfairly before the player can answer, then that person must pick up all the cards in the pile.

The heckler

Anyone can yell out any colour or word in the game to mess with the current players mind making them second guess their answer. Keep in “mind” (ba doom ching) the more you do this it will mess with your head when it’s your turn.

Double swear word

Any time there are two swear words in a row, every player has to perform an action. (Eg Stand up, put a thumb on the edge of the table, it’s up to you to decide.) The last person to do so picks up all the cards in the pile.

Substitute swear words

Every time a swear word appears the current player mentions a substitute word (e.g. for “Cock” you could say “Penis”). You can’t say a word that someone else has already said.

F**k. No

Deal each player eight cards.

Players look at and pair up their cards based on colours and swear words.

The colour of the text is disregarded, only the word and background colours are matched.
